4 Diamonds

40-(#45)-Push Press, 30 air squats, 20 dips, 30 jump rope (3 rounds): 11:49!

Felt really good on the first set. Knocked everything out really fast in the first round. I definitely slowed up on the second two sets. My stamina has really improved a lot. I think its because I have been pushing myself really hard from beginning instead of pacing myself through the workouts. I really liked this workout. My body was drained and I felt like I worked really hard!!!

Well, I am super excited about doing another scaled workout. I am really happy to see the improvement. I really didn't think I would be able to knock out 100 box jumps on the bigger box. I am going to be really sore tomorrow!

4 laps/10 burpees/10 pull ups/10 knees to elbows

I did this workout on Tuesday. I got 4 rounds and 2 laps completed within the 20 minutes. I played 2 hours of soccer in the adult league that same night. Needless to say, I could not move yesterday so I took Wed. off!!

21-15-9 Sumo Deadlift/Push Press

I have been posting on the main site but haven't been keeping up with this part very well. Going to try to do a better job.

Any who....last night I did this workout #65 for both in 6:40. I was really happy with my weight and time. I felt a little sluggish when I got there but was really happy with the results. Surprisingly I am not that sore except for my stupid shoulders. I hope one day I can do a shoulder workout and NOT completely sore the next day!!!!!

Anyway, I am not looking forward to today's workout!!!! I hope there is a 6:00pm class tonight!

Well I started out with the prescribed weight and that was awesome. I hope next time I can do it all with 100lbs. It did take me awhile but I feel like I got a great workout and really excited that my upper body is getting stronger!

Dead lifts/Weighted Burpees

Can't Lift My Arms!!!

Wed. night was my first night back after a week off!! We did Dead lifts (95lbs)/Weighted Burpees 10..9..8..7..etc. I was really happy I finished in 13 minutes but I am paying for it! Yesterday, I was pressed for time so I did 100 Overhead Squats (65lbs). Didn't record my time but it definitely added to shoulder misery!!! On my way to the gym after work...hopefully it won't be too much upper body!!! :)
