50 push press (45#)

50 double unders (or 150 regular)

as Rx'd (sud 150 regular jump ropes for double unders)

Wow!!! This was rough after Danny and 100 OHS!!! I HATE HATE HATE knees to elbows and burpees...oh but I love the pain!!! :)

Good WOD. I could have pushed myself a bit more. I stopped on a few rounds after I completed a round with like 45sec to 1 min left. After 4 straight days of WOD's I am just glad I made it to workout! :)

Like the WOD a lot. However, my shoulder were absolutely dead. Monday's WOD was a ton of shoulders and back as well and I could definitely tell!! I am pretty sore today!!!!

Really like doing the pull-ups with the green band. Need gloves! Think if I had gloves I could practice regular kippings more and be more successful.

I was really excited about my endurance. I hardly stopped at all during the WOD. Took at few seconds here and there on push-ups.

Really happy about this. Last time only got 125 one time. So got 125(x3) + 1 Rep of 135!!!! I need to practice bringing the weight down from overhead back into the starting position. When it gets heavy I have a hard time controlling the weight on the way down.
