4 laps/10 burpees/10 pull ups/10 knees to elbows

I did this workout on Tuesday. I got 4 rounds and 2 laps completed within the 20 minutes. I played 2 hours of soccer in the adult league that same night. Needless to say, I could not move yesterday so I took Wed. off!!

You go ahead girl! how in the hell did you get 4 rounds and then some? you are awesome---thats how! Im not coming tonight--its my rest night :( miss it already!
