10:39 Fran (65lbs Thrusters/2:1 jumping pull ups)
I caught up Sunday on Fran. Really tough but first time I have done 65lbs. Headed to gym after work for todays work out!

- I am Jessica Northcutt and I work part time at Velocity/Showtime training soccer players. I played soccer at MTSU and finished up my career on the Nashville Lady Blues. I love cross fit because I get that feeling of competition that I love so much. I am engaged to Danny Borne, Velocity/Showtime trainer, and I am hoping cross fit will also help me to look my best on our big day! See you at the gym!
