WOD 21 (Had to do at home because in middle of finals and pressed for time)

20 push up/1 sit up
19 push up/2 sit up

1 push up/20 sit up

Time: 15:42 (with mostly knee push-ups chest to floor)
Warm-up: 15 minute run

Pressed for time,sleep, food, sanity...let alone a workout. So ran to relieve some stress and did the WOD at home. Since I didn't have much time I went to knee push ups really fast. Figured I should try to get chest to floor instead of rushing through the regular push ups and not getting all the way down!

I was happy to see a WOD that I could do at home!

PS: Totally hate working out alone now!!!
