10 push jerks.100 jump rope

10 push jerks (105,100, 90)/100 jump ropes (9.54)

Well I started out with the prescribed weight and that was awesome. I hope next time I can do it all with 100lbs. It did take me awhile but I feel like I got a great workout and really excited that my upper body is getting stronger!

Great technique...you were the only one limited by strength today...everybody else could have been more efficient with thier lifts.....
