4 Diamonds

40-(#45)-Push Press, 30 air squats, 20 dips, 30 jump rope (3 rounds): 11:49!

Felt really good on the first set. Knocked everything out really fast in the first round. I definitely slowed up on the second two sets. My stamina has really improved a lot. I think its because I have been pushing myself really hard from beginning instead of pacing myself through the workouts. I really liked this workout. My body was drained and I felt like I worked really hard!!!

Hey girlie! Thanks for the invite for soccer. I might have to take you up on it sometime...:) I wish it was a little earlier but maybe I can swing it here and there!!!
