Dead lifts/Weighted Burpees

Can't Lift My Arms!!!

Wed. night was my first night back after a week off!! We did Dead lifts (95lbs)/Weighted Burpees 10..9..8..7..etc. I was really happy I finished in 13 minutes but I am paying for it! Yesterday, I was pressed for time so I did 100 Overhead Squats (65lbs). Didn't record my time but it definitely added to shoulder misery!!! On my way to the gym after work...hopefully it won't be too much upper body!!! :)

Oh no...I mean going to crossfit when I say going to the gym!!! yeah right. I would die! :)
